AiwaBot Privacy Agreement

You are welcome to use AiwaBot products and/or services (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") provided by Guangzhou Aiwa Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies (as defined in the appendix at the end of this article). This platform mainly provides you with AI-related products and/or services through its own AI products and accessed third-party products/services. As an entrusted processor, this platform will process the personal information of your end users according to your instructions. .
The security of your personal data is very important to us, and we will do our best to provide you with a safe online environment. This policy introduces the purpose, method, scope and information security protection measures for our collection, use, storage, sharing, transfer and other processing of your personal information in providing you with products and/or services on this platform, as well as the ways we provide you with access, correction, supplement, deletion, etc. to exercise your rights in personal information. 1. How we collect and use your personal information

You should ensure that you have obtained the legal authorization from the end user and assume corresponding responsibilities.
4. Communication information:If you correspond with us, we may collect your name, contact information and the contents of any messages you send when you contact us in order to verify your identity to resolve your concerns.
5. Service log information:When you browse or log in to use our products/services, we will automatically collect your IP address, browser type, access time, User-Agent and other log information for statistical analysis, ensuring system security and optimizing service experience.
6. Cookie information:We will collect your cookie information to identify logged-in users and switch the website text language according to the browser language type you choose, so that you can better use our services.
(2) Your personal information we obtain from third parties
We may obtain and appropriately use public information about you through public channels such as web pages, or obtain operational information about your company that has been publicly disclosed from third parties to help us better understand our customer base, such as your industry, the size of your company, and your company's website URL.

1.You have informed the end users and obtained their full, necessary and clear authorization, consent and permission to allow you to collect and use their personal information and entrust us to process it.
2.You have complied with and will continue to comply with applicable laws, regulations and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to formulating and publishing relevant policies on personal information protection.
3.You have provided end users with an easy-to-operate mechanism to implement user rights and explained how to exercise their rights.

(2) Storage period
Generally speaking, we will retain your personal information for the time necessary to achieve the processing purposes described in this policy during your use of AiwaBot services, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations. After the above period has expired, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.

1.We have used industry-standard security measures to protect the information you provide, such as SSL encryption when exchanging data between your browser and the service; we provide https secure browsing on the website; we use encryption technology to ensure the confidentiality of data.

4.The Internet is not a completely secure environment, and we strongly recommend that you use complex passwords and keep your account information properly.

You can apply to cancel your account by sending an application email to our official email (ai@cn.aiwa.top), or by applying in writing and with a stamp. After verifying your identity, we will provide you with account cancellation service and delete your personal information. However, if you voluntarily cancel your account during the service period, we do not need to refund the service fee for the remaining service period.
6. To respond to your request:To ensure security, we may ask to verify your identity first. For your reasonable requests, we do not charge fees in principle and will provide feedback within fifteen working days.
8. How we process children’s personal information
Our products and services are mainly aimed at corporate users and people with full capacity for civil conduct. We do not accept any minors under the age of 18 to register or use our services.
Due to existing technology and business models, it is difficult for us to proactively identify children's information. If a child's guardian discovers that children's personal information has been collected without authorization, please notify us immediately to delete it.

In order to provide you with better services, we will revise this policy from time to time. 3. Control:Refers to the ability, directly or indirectly, to influence the management of the company mentioned, whether through ownership, voting shares, contracts or other legally recognized means.
4. You:Refers to registered users who use our products and/or services and purchasers of paid services.
5. Your end users:Refers to the end users who use the products/services provided by you (connect/integrate/apply our AiwaBot services to your products/services).
6. AiwaBot or this platform:Refers to the AiwaBot platform operated by Guangzhou Aiwa Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
7. Personal information:Refers to various information recorded electronically or in other ways that can identify the identity of a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information.
8. De-identification:Refers to the process of technical processing of personal information to make it impossible to identify the subject of personal information without the help of additional information.
9. Anonymization:It refers to the process of technical processing of personal information so that the subject of personal information cannot be identified and the processed information cannot be restored.
